INGREDIENTS

1/4 box (4.93 oz) House Kokumaro Curry (Med.Hot)
7 oz ground beef & pork
1 medium (7 oz) Onion
5 oz Kidney Beans (Canned)
2 oz canned crn
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Garlic
1 tbsp salad oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat salad oil in a skillet. Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic to skillet and stir-fry.
2. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Add beans and stir-fry again.
3. Momentarily turn off heat. Break up House Kokumaro Curry roux and add to the mixture. Mix well while cooking over low heat for another 10 min until sauce thickens. Lastly add corn.
