About Japanese Curry
In a medium pot, heat vegetable oil. Cook beef, onions and carrots.
Add water and bring to a boil, skim off any white foam from the top of the liquid.
Once water starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer mixture over low medium heat until the mixture softens.
Turn off the heat, break up House Foods Java Curry roux and mix well. Return to heat and cook for additional 10 minutes over low heat. Once done, serve hot with rice.

12 oz. beef, cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion, cut into bite size pieces
1 large carrot, cut into bite size pieces
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cups water
