Cooking Directions
In a pot with water set to medium high heat dissolve, House Foods Oden Soup Mix.
While the soup heats up, cut toppings into bite size pieces.
Add toppings to soup and reduce heat to low and let soup simmer.
Add sake, soy sauce and mirin to taste.
Once toppings have cooked completely remove from heat and serve oden soup with House Foods Neri Karashi on the side.

Soup:
1 pkg. House Foods Oden Soup Mix
1 liter (about 4 cups) water
Oden toppings of your choice (suggestions):
4 inch Japanese radish
4 boiled eggs
1/3 block konjac
4 Kinchaku (mochi balls)
1 sheet hanpen, cut into squares
6 beef skewers
Optional:
House Foods Neri Karashi, to taste
Mirin (sweet sake), to taste
Soy sauce, to taste
