Tofu Burger Patty with Veggies

Cooking Directions

  • Drain and press tofu to remove excess water. In a bowl, crumble tofu and add House Foods Tofu Burger Patty Mix and a small amount of salad oil; mix well.
  • Shape mixture into 5 even patties, press each’s center and then place them on an oiled sheet pan.
  • Drizzle a bit of oil on to patties (or spray patties with cooking oil) so it can brown. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • If patties haven’t browned after 10 minutes, you can throw it back in the oven and increase heat to 475ᵒF.
  • Once patties have browned on one side, flip them over and bake until other side has browned.
  • Once done, remove patties from oven and serve with vegetables on the side.
