Tofu Burger Patty with Veggies
Drain and press tofu to remove excess water. In a bowl, crumble tofu and add House Foods Tofu Burger Patty Mix and a small amount of salad oil; mix well.
Shape mixture into 5 even patties, press each’s center and then place them on an oiled sheet pan.
Drizzle a bit of oil on to patties (or spray patties with cooking oil) so it can brown. Bake for 10 minutes.
If patties haven’t browned after 10 minutes, you can throw it back in the oven and increase heat to 475ᵒF.
Once patties have browned on one side, flip them over and bake until other side has browned.
Once done, remove patties from oven and serve with vegetables on the side.

1 pkg. House Foods Tofu Firm or Extra Firm
¼ lb. green beans, cooked
¼ lb. shiitake mushroom, cooked
¼ lb. yellow bell pepper, cooked
¼ lb. cherry tomatoes
Salad oil, as needed
