Cooking Directions
Soak the Malony Noodles in hot water or 5 minutes or boil it for 2-3 minutes.
Add the water in a pot and season by soaking the kombu for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Cut the Chinese cabbage, shungiku, and tofu into easy to eat pieces.
Put the broth on low heat and take out the kombu just before boiling.
Add the Malony Noodles, vegetables and beef into the pot and cook them to your liking. Enjoy with ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, or your favorite garnish.

1.8oz Malony Noodles
3 cups water
2 ½ in. kombu (dried kelp)
½ leek, sliced diagonally
⅛ Chinese cabbage
¼ shungiku (Chrysanthemum greens)
½ pkg. House Foods Tofu Soft
2 shiitake mushrooms, stems removed
½ enoki mushroom, roots removed and broken into small bunches
⅓ carrot sliced thin
7oz thinly sliced beef
For the sauce and garnish:
ponzu sauce (citrus soy sauce)
sesame sauce
scallion (thinly sliced)
grated radish
sudachi citrus
