Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then set it aside (reserve cooking water).
Clean cod roe if necessary. In a small bowl combine roe with House Foods Shiso-Ume and set it aside.
In a large pan set to medium high heat add oil. Once oil is hot add spaghetti and let it warm up; and then add cod roe mixture with 4 Tbsp. of boiled spaghetti water.
Once spaghetti is completely hot, remove from heat and serve. Top with nori and scallions.
