About Japanese Curry
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté meat and vegetables.
Add water and bring to a boil, skim off any white foam from the top of the liquid.
Remove from heat, break up House Foods Vermont Curry roux into pieces and add it to the skillet. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, once done, serve hot with. Serve hot with rice.

Vermont Curry Sauce Mix Mild
1 cube, House Foods Vermont Curry Mild 8.11oz.
2 oz. pork, thinly sliced
¼ small onion, cut into bite size pieces
½ small eggplant, cut into bite size pieces
1 asparagus, cut into bite size pieces
¼ small yellow bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
½ Tbsp. vegetable oil
½ cup water
