Tuna and Mushroom Curry

Cooking Directions

  • In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil and sauté onions until browned.
  • Add carrots, tuna and mushrooms and cook over low heat.
  • Add water and bring to a boil, skim off any white foam from the top of the liquid.
  • Once water starts boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove saucepan from heat; break up House Foods Kokumaro Curry roux into pieces and add to the saucepan.
  • Return to heat and cook over low for about 5 minutes. Once done, serve hot with rice.
