Tuna and Mushroom Curry
In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil and sauté onions until browned.
Add carrots, tuna and mushrooms and cook over low heat.
Add water and bring to a boil, skim off any white foam from the top of the liquid.
Once water starts boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove saucepan from heat; break up House Foods Kokumaro Curry roux into pieces and add to the saucepan.
Return to heat and cook over low for about 5 minutes. Once done, serve hot with rice.

½ pkg. House Foods Kokumaro Curry Hot
2 cans chunk albacore tuna in water
1 large onion, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 pkg. brown beech (Shimeji) mushrooms, chopped
2 oz. king oyster (Eryngii). mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2⅓ cups water
