Steam Clams with Spicy Wine Sauce

Cooking Directions
In a large pan set to medium high heat add olive oil; once oil is hot add onions and mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes.
Add garlic and sauté for a minute and then add clams, white wine, salt, pepper and half a bit of House Foods Cooking Spice.
Cover clams and let them steam until they open.
Once clams open, finish them with butter, lemon and remaining House Foods Cooking Spice mix.
Remove from heat and serve.
