Steam Clams with Spicy Wine Sauce

Cooking Directions

  • In a large pan set to medium high heat add olive oil; once oil is hot add onions and mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes.
  • Add garlic and sauté for a minute and then add clams, white wine, salt, pepper and half a bit of House Foods Cooking Spice.
  • Cover clams and let them steam until they open.
  • Once clams open, finish them with butter, lemon and remaining House Foods Cooking Spice mix.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
