Beef and Celery Curry

Cooking Directions

  • In a pot, heat vegetable oil, and cook beef, ginger, celery and bell pepper.
  • Add water and bring to a boil, skim off any white foam from the top of the liquid.
  • Once water starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer at low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, break up House Foods Java Curry roux and mix well. Return to heat and cook for additional 5 minutes over low heat. Serve hot with rice.
