Beef and Celery Curry
In a pot, heat vegetable oil, and cook beef, ginger, celery and bell pepper.
Add water and bring to a boil, skim off any white foam from the top of the liquid.
Once water starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer at low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, break up House Foods Java Curry roux and mix well. Return to heat and cook for additional 5 minutes over low heat. Serve hot with rice.

½ lb. beef, sliced into bite-size pieces
1 in. piece of ginger, minced
6 oz. celery, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2½ cups water
