Shrimp and Celery Curry
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and add ginger and shrimp and sauté for a minute.
Add celery, peppers and water and bring to a boil. Once water starts boiling, reduce heat, cover with lid and continue simmering for 6 minutes.
Remove from heat, break up House Foods Kokumaro Curry roux and mix well. Return to medium heat for 4-5 minutes then remove from heat..
Add mayonnaise to curry and mix well. Serve hot with rice.

12 jumbo shrimp, deveined
6 oz. celery, sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 (1 in.) pieces of ginger, minced
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cups water
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise, mixed with 1 Tbsp. of water
