Cooking Directions

  • In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and add ginger and shrimp and sauté for a minute.
  • Add celery, peppers and water and bring to a boil. Once water starts boiling, reduce heat, cover with lid and continue simmering for 6 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, break up House Foods Kokumaro Curry roux and mix well. Return to medium heat for 4-5 minutes then remove from heat..
