Snap Pea and Egg Curry

Cooking Directions

  • In a large pot, heat vegetable oil and cook onions until fragrant.
  • Add water and bring to a boil, simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add pork a slice at a time and bring to a boil. Skim off any white foam from the top.
  • Remove from heat and break up House Foods Java Curry roux into pot, mix well. Return to heat and simmer over low heat until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  • Add snap peas, and cook over high heat.
  • Pour eggs into pot and heat until soft boiled. Once done, serve over hot rice.
